Why can’t I just use willpower or self-control alone to make the positive changes I desire?
It is not your fault your willpower has failed you in the past. Bad habits get linked together with faulty associations and buried deep within your mind. Once there, you cannot easily fix them. For example, you might remain unaware that you associate some advertisers’ implied claims that you would be more successful, happy, adventurous, or even beautiful if only you were to enjoy the bad habit that they were selling. But, while selling you this “bill of goods”, they were also selling you a “bill of bads”: For these advertisers were helping to lodge faulty associations deep within your own mind. Through hypnosis with a certified, qualified professional, your conscious mind can bypass its analytical barriers and simply correct this area of faulty thinking.

Can I be hypnotized?
During your hypnosis session, your mind’s own natural concentration improves your control over your body and mind. No one can force you to make any changes. If you think you cannot be hypnotized, you probably don’t realize that you already experience a mild form of hypnosis any time you:

Arrive home without actively thinking about all the turns you took to get there;

Jump or gasp or at some surprise while watching a movie;

Or startle when interrupted while reading a good book;

In the above examples, you were focused on your task – and experiencing mild hypnosis. Generally, anyone of normal intelligence can be hypnotized. Those most successful using hypnosis tend to be the more intelligent of the population; and those who are imaginative and/or creative also enjoy an additional advantage.

What is a session like?
Before your session begins, you choose what you want to improve in your life. Then, with your permission, the hypnotist guides you into the state of hypnosis. While in hypnosis, you remain aware of everything going on around you. You are neither asleep nor unconscious. Instead, you are enjoying a state of focused attention while feeling comfortably at ease.

At any time you can choose to simply leave your state of hypnosis, for you are always in control.

How does hypnosis work?
Through hypnosis, you increase the depth of brain wave activity so as to allow your conscious desires to work on any hidden resistance to change.
How will I feel afterwards?

When your session ends, you will feel relaxed, yet energized – as if you’ve had a couple hours rest. Feeling great, you will be able to return to any of your normal activities.
